Join us as we travel across the USA on a two lane ( mostly ) highway trip across the USA.
Cindy and I have traveled across the USA twice using the interstate highway system. We traveled to all the major sights and city’s across the country. It was very enjoyable, but it left us wanting to see the real USA where people live a work. Also, to see the beautiful scenery we have in the USA. we decided to break the trip into three segments. This is the first segment, from Eagle across the USA ending in Hew Haven Connecticut. We are driving the interstate to return home.
We picked up our rental car at Hertz 21 Chevrolet Malibu ( great gas mileage and a large truck, all we need) and on the road we go👍
From Eagle, up highway 55, first stop, Lake Payette and Mccall Idaho.
Next stop, Riggins Idaho and the world famous Hells canyon and Salmon river. You’ll notice the smoke from wild fires
